How buying works

From the hillside to your roastery, in six clear steps. Every lot comes with its lab report, and every price is FOB Colombia in US dollars.

  1. Create a free account

Sign up with your company details. Our team verifies new roaster and importer accounts, usually within 1 business day.

  2. Discover lots

Search by cup profile, region, process or price. Every lot shows the SCA cupping score together with moisture, water activity, screen size, density and defect counts.

  3. Order samples

Add lots to your sample box. Samples are 350 g. Our team sends you a quote for your samples. Your samples ship from our lab in Colombia 2 to 5 days after purchase, with a tracking number.

  4. Make an offer

Micro-lots (boxes of 50 kg) are sold at a fixed price per lb. For large lots (pallets of 10 bags of 70 kg) you can propose your price. Our team reviews every offer before it is confirmed, and you are not charged until it is approved.

  5. Pay in two parts

40% is paid up front to confirm the order, and the remaining 60% when the coffee ships.

  6. Shipping

Micro-lots are delivered to the address you give us, and we send you a shipping quote before anything is confirmed. Large lots are sold FOB Colombia: we hand the coffee to your freight forwarder and can introduce you to a shipping agent.

Our quality promise

If the coffee you receive does not match its lab report, we will replace the lot. The original lot is returned to an address we authorize, and the return cost is covered by us. Claims are processed 5 days after the coffee arrives. Contact us with photos and the lot code and we will guide you through the process.

Who you buy from

Producers publish their lots with their own base price. Their farm stays anonymous until the order is confirmed, and we take care of cupping, milling, documents and export.
